As our business continues to grow through repeat customers and referrals, we’re looking to add another Automotive Technician Apprentice to our team. We’re searching for someone who is eager to learn, enjoys solving problems, and takes pride in doing quality work.

Our team has earned a reputation for honest service, quality workmanship, and treating people with respect. We’re proud to have one of the lowest employee turnover rates in the industry, with an average employee tenure of 15 years. People don’t stay here because they have to—they stay because they’re respected, supported, and given opportunities to build rewarding careers.

Our owner started on the shop floor and worked his way up to owning the company. We understand what it takes to become a great technician because we’ve lived it. That experience shapes how we lead our team today—with respect, patience, and a commitment to helping every employee succeed.

Whether you’re just beginning your apprenticeship or looking for a better place to continue your training, you’ll find a team that genuinely wants to help you succeed.
