Appointment Booker

Job Type: Full-Time / Part-TimePay: Minimum wage

About the Role

We are looking for a friendly, professional, and organized Appointment Booker to join our team. In this role, you will contact prospective clients, schedule appointments for our sales team, and help keep our calendar full.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong communication skills who enjoys speaking with people and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Contact prospective clients by phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Schedule appointments for our sales representatives.
  • Follow up with leads and confirm upcoming appointments.
  • Maintain accurate records of appointments and customer information.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure schedules are organized and up to date.
  • Meet daily and weekly booking goals.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Professional and confident phone manner.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Comfortable using computers and scheduling software.
  • Previous experience in customer service, appointment setting, telemarketing, or administrative support is an asset but not required.
  • Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated.
