Description du poste : Sous la supervision de la Directrice de Design et Production, nous recrutons un(e) Assistant(e) Designer, qui peut gérer efficacement et prioriser plusieurs projets à la fois.

37.5h/semaine, 8:30 à 16:30.

Situé dans le quartier Chabanel. Stationnement facile et gratuit.

Salaire : à partir de $50,000

Responsabilités :

  • Responsable des tech packs, et autres aspects techniques de la production
  • Suivi et approbations de lab dips, strike-offs, trims et prototypes
  • Vérification des échantillons à partir des specs (Contrôle qualité)
  • Communication avec les fournisseurs
  • Générer les PO auprès des fournisseurs
  • Vérifier les packing lists et factures des fournisseurs

Graphisme :

  • Correction des imprimés
  • Développer les catalogues de ventes et autres documents pour support commercial
  • Création des maquettes d’images sur Photoshop
  • Responsable des info-lettres

Qualifications

  • Diplôme collégiale dans le domaine de la mode.
  • Minimum 3 ans d’expérience dans un poste similaire.
  • Bonne connaissance de la construction de vêtements.
  • Excellente connaissance d'Illustrator et Photoshop.
  • Bonne connaissance de Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.)
  • De bonnes aptitudes à la communication en français et en anglais sont requises.
  • Bonne communication, autonomie et capacité à travailler en équipe
  • Sens de l’organisation, précision, souci du détail, polyvalence, rapidité d’exécution et envie d’apprendre

Job description: Under the supervision of the Director of Design and Production, we are recruiting an Assistant Designer, who can effectively manage and prioritize several projects at once.

37.5h/week, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.

Located in the Chabanel district. Easy and free parking.

Starting from $50,000 per year

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for tech packs, and other technical aspects of production
  • Follow-up and approvals of lab dips, strike-offs, trims and prototypes
  • Verification of samples from specs (Quality Control)
  • Communication with suppliers
  • Check packing lists and supplier invoices

Graphics:

  • Corrections of prints
  • Develop sales catalogs and other documents for commercial support
  • Create image mock ups with Photoshop
  • Responsible of newsletters

Qualifications

  • College diploma in the field of fashion.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Good knowledge of garment construction.
  • Excellent knowledge of Illustrator and Photoshop.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.).
  • Good communication skills in French and English are required.
  • Good communication, autonomy and ability to work in a team
  • Organizational skills, precision, attention to detail, versatility, speed of execution and willingness to learn
