  • Develop detailed project workplans, asset specifications, and evaluation benchmarks

Instructional Design & Course Development

  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to analyze content requirements and translate technical or complex information into learner centered educational materials
  • Develop competency based learning objectives, curriculum frameworks, lesson plans, activities, assessments, and supporting resources
  • Create and maintain course content, including scripts, storyboards presentations, job aids, facilitator guides, learner materials, and digital learning assets
  • Design authentic assessments and knowledge checks that effectively measure learner achievement and competency.
  • Ensure all learning materials are accurate, current, accessible, and aligned with organizational and regulatory requirements.

  • Work with animator and graphic designer to create visual models support comprehension of complex financing arrangements
  • Work with SMEs to validate regulatory accuracy and industry relevance
  • Incorporate accessibility features to ensure the materials meet modern online learning standards

Integration and Testing

  • Integrate new applied-learning assets into the learning management system
  • Develop an evaluation framework to measure improvements in learner performance
  • Conduct quality assurance reviews and testing of learning materials to ensure functionality, accessibility, and a positive learner experience
