Full job description

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated, hardworking Warehouse Associate to supports the movement, storage, and fulfillment of goods across warehouse distribution and manufacturing operations. This hands-on role involves handling materials safely, completing accurate orders, and helping keep shipments moving smoothly. This position requires strong attention to detail, physical stamina, ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, growing environment.

Duties

  • Pick, pack, and prepare orders for fulfillment, using an order picker and warehouse management system as appropriate.
  • Load and unload incoming and outgoing goods; support shipping and receiving, packaging, and organized storage.
  • Operate forklifts, other warehouse equipment as assigned, following safe handling practices.
  • Perform heavy lifting and routine material-handling tasks, applying mechanical knowledge to identify equipment or workflow concerns.
  • Your impact: Accurate, timely order handling helps colleagues coordinate inventory and deliver shipments reliably.
  • Assist with inventory management by conducting regular stock counts and reporting discrepancies.

Skills

Required: Practical ability to handle materials, pick and package orders, load and unload goods, and follow safe warehouse procedures. Clear attention to accuracy supports dependable shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment. Go out on deliveries to customers and suppliers, keep a clean work space and get along with others with a positive attitude.

Preferred: Warehouse experience, including warehouse distribution or manufacturing, is helpful. Familiarity with forklifts, or forklift license and warehouse management systems would be an asset. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Basic computer skills for tracking and reporting purposes. Good communication skills and ability to work with others. No allergies to dogs, there is a resident dog in the warehouse.

Pay: From $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
