Bookkeeper – Property Management (Edmonton, AB)

We are seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to join our growing property management company based in Edmonton. This is a full-time position for a candidate who understands the financial operations of real estate and property management. YARDI EXPERIENCE IS A MUST. Please do not apply if you have not worked on YARDI before.

Requirements (Please read carefully before applying):

  • Must be currently living and authorized to work in Edmonton
  • Mandatory experience with Yardi Breeze and Yardi Voyager
  • Must have previous experience working with a property management company
  • Strong understanding of:
  • Rent rolls
  • Trust accounting
  • Owner statements
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Accounts payable and receivable

Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day bookkeeping for multiple properties
  • Maintain accurate financial records and reporting
  • Reconcile bank accounts and trust accounts
  • Prepare monthly owner statements
  • Handle tenant and vendor transactions within Yardi systems

Important:

Yardi experience + property management background Is required
