Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Soil Regenerative Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the area of Saskatchewan or Saskatoon.

The candidate will be responsible for driving sales and providing excellent customer service. If you have a passion for sales and enjoy building relationships with customers, we want to hear from you.

Summary of Job Description

a. Develop and implement sales plans to achieve sales targets

b. Identify and pursue new business opportunities and new potential customers.

c. Gather and analyze data to identify competitor activities, customer needs, market opportunities and develop targeted sales strategies.

d. Promote and sell the company’s products and services.

e. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and establish strong ones with new clients.

f. Provide exceptional support and customer service to clients.

g. Where necessary, conduct field visits to assess crop conditions.

h. Provide customers with technical support and advice related to their field of expertise (crop management, soil health….) and as per the company’s policy.

i. Educate customers on product features and benefits. Provide them with the proper advice on the effective use of the company’s products.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Agronomy, Agriculture, Plant Science, or a related field is an asset.
  • Proven experience in agricultural sales, agronomy, or a related role.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in using sales software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on providing solutions and achieving customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Commitment to achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,838.00-$75,124.00 per year
