How you’ll make an impact

P lay a meaningful role in strengthening Canadian agriculture by owning and growing relationships with FCC Alliance partners. As a Territory Relationship Specialist (TRS), you’ll provide value-added support and third-party financing expertise that helps crop input retailers and farm equipment dealers better serve their customers through FCC’s point ‑ of ‑ sale financing programs.

What you’ll do

  • Work with crop input retailers and farm equipment dealers to promote how FCC point-of-sale financing can enhance their businesses and better support their customers

  • Develop and maintain strong business-to-business relationships

  • Execute sales and marketing strategies remotely

  • Support Senior Relationship Managers with partner requests

  • Provide training on Alliance products, processes, and tools

What you’ll bring to the team

Required qualifications:

  • A degree in agriculture, business or commerce and at least three years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience

  • In-depth knowledge of relationship management processes, third-party financing, marketing and sales

  • A strong communicator comfortable building relationships with business owners, sales staff and administrators

  • A collaborative, team ‑ oriented mindset with a willingness to support shared goals and outcomes

  • Proficiency in both official languages (English and French) and proven ability in oral and written communication

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience working at an ag equipment retailer or dealership

  • A love for agriculture
