Summary

We are seeking an Automotive Service Advisor to join our team in Barrhaven. In this role, you will play a vital part in enhancing our customers' service experience by providing expert advice and support throughout their vehicle maintenance journey.
Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and assess their automotive service needs.
  • Provide detailed explanations of services and repairs needed.
  • Manage customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely service delivery.
  • Upsell additional services based on customer needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Stay updated on automotive technology and service offerings.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a dealership environment as a Service Advisor or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of automotive services and repairs.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building relationships.
  • Ability to upsell services effectively.
  • Familiarity with auto estimating and service writing processes is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Basic mechanical knowledge is an asset.
  • Proficient in using dealership management software.
