Job Overview

Reporting directly to the CEO, we are seeking a dynamic and strategic Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead our company's operational functions and deliver sustainable growth. The COO will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, overseeing and introducing new process improvements where necessary and aligning operational strategies with our overall business development objectives. This executive role requires a visionary leader with strong interpersonal skills, proven experience in business management and expertise in overseeing multiple sites. The ideal candidate will foster a culture of excellence and administrative and clinical collaboration to ensure a world class patient experience and long-term success.

Duties

  • Execute existing and develop supporting operational strategies that support the company's vision and growth objectives.
  • Lead, coach, and manage cross-functional teams to achieve high performance and operational excellence.
  • Oversee daily business operations, including supply chain management, productivity, patient experience and administrative functions.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve quality standards.
  • Oversee the management of an exhaustive Health and Safety strategy
  • Drive referral development standards and marketing initiatives to expand market presence.
  • Secure favorable terms and foster long-term relationships with existing and potential industry partners.
  • Direct robust project management practices to ensure timely delivery of initiatives and projects.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational effectiveness and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Collaborate with the executive team to develop strategic plans, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a senior leadership role such as COO or equivalent executive position.
  • Demonstrated leadership ability with experience managing diverse teams across multiple functions.
  • Solid background in team development with a focus on expanding market share.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to oversee complex initiatives from inception to completion.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field; advanced degrees are preferred.
  • Specialty practice experience with a strong grasp of clinical digital workflows
  • Clinical and restorative dental implant industry experience is desired.
