We are seeking an Admission / Registration / Scheduling Clerk to join the team at Upper River Valley Hospital in Waterville (Carleton County).

This is a casual position, and the starting rate is $26.8180 per hour.

What you will do

As an Admission / Registration / Scheduling Clerk, you will support the team at Upper River Valley Hospital by admitting patients and registering/scheduling patient appointments. Other responsibilities may include preparing and maintaining patient records, completing bed management procedures, and performing reception and general office duties to ensure efficient day-to-day operations.

Who you are

You posses a diploma in an administrative support program and have experience with medical terminology and medical transcription, or you have several years of recent and directly related work experience. You have written and spoken competence in English (Advanced), and spoken competence in French (Intermediate Plus).
