Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
  • Strong upselling skills with the ability to persuade customers effectively.
  • Proficiency in English; bilingual candidates are a plus.
  • Basic math skills for handling transactions and cash management.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and cashiering processes.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer engagement.
  • Technical sales experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
