Job Overview
We are seeking a strategic, relationship driven sales professional to join Raute’s North American Sales Team and drive business growth across Canada and the United States. This role is ideal for a true “hunter” who thrives in a long, high-value sales cycle environment and understands that success is built on trust, patience, and deep customer relationships. Develop and analyze market sales reports, sales figures, monthly sales forecasts and quarterly sales reviews.
- Establish and oversee sales administration that aligns with operational and customer requirements by meticulously maintaining customer accounts, enhancing CRM and supporting comprehensive sales reporting.
- Prepare sales presentations of products and services tailored to customer's needs and present at meetings.
- Maintain current information on products, competitors, technology, and fluctuations in market performance.
- Represent Raute at open houses, trade shows, and build professional relationships in industry groups.
- Manage and coordinate frequent travel to prospects, clients and operating locations throughout the territory.
- Aid in resolving any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust.
