Our client in Peel Region, ON is actively looking for a Junior Production Scheduler to join their team.

Responsibilities:
Supported prioritization and expediting of customer orders to ensure on-time delivery.
Assisted in developing and maintaining weekly production schedules across multiple departments to meet customer requirements and shipping deadlines.
Prepared and organized engineering production packages, enabling efficient execution by production teams.
Coordinated with cross-functional teams (engineering, procurement, operations) to ensure materials and resources were available to meet production timelines.
Tracked and monitored production progress, identifying risks and helping ensure adherence to schedules.
Proactively identified production issues (e.g., material shortages, specification inconsistencies) and collaborated with engineering and procurement for resolution.
Maintained clear and consistent communication with internal stakeholders regarding production status and schedule updates.
Contributed to continuous improvement of scheduling and workflow processes.
