About Eco-Pro Services Inc.

Eco-Pro Services Inc. is a growing Alberta-based industrial services company supporting the construction, commercial, industrial, and energy sectors. We provide propane supply, construction heat, temporary power, equipment rentals, and related field services throughout Alberta.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Account Representative to support continued growth across our core service divisions.

This is not an entry-level sales role. We are looking for someone who understands our industry, enjoys building long-term customer relationships, and can identify opportunities while providing practical solutions for customers operating in fast-paced construction and industrial environments.

Position Overview

The Senior Account Representative will be responsible for developing new business, managing existing customer relationships, and supporting revenue growth across the organization.

This hybrid role combines office-based planning and collaboration with regular customer visits, jobsite meetings, and business development activities throughout the Calgary region. The successful candidate will work closely with contractors, builders, project managers, site superintendents, industrial customers, and property managers while coordinating with Operations and Dispatch to ensure successful project execution.

Industry experience within propane, construction heat, temporary power, equipment rentals, industrial services, HVAC, gas fitting, commercial construction, or related industries is strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Conduct customer visits, site assessments, and project consultations.
  • Prepare quotes, proposals, and equipment recommendations.
  • Support customers throughout the lifecycle of their projects.
  • Promote propane, construction heat, temporary power, and rental solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with Operations and Dispatch to ensure customer success.
  • Maintain regular contact with customers and support long-term account growth.
  • Represent Eco-Pro professionally within the marketplace.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of sales, account management, or business development experience.
  • Experience within propane, equipment rentals, construction heat, temporary power, industrial services, HVAC, gas fitting, construction, or related industries.
  • Proven ability to develop and grow customer accounts.
  • Existing industry relationships are considered a strong asset.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational abilities and follow-through.
  • Comfortable working independently in a field-based role.
  • Valid Class 5 Driver's License with a clean driver's abstract.

What We're Looking For

  • Someone who understands our industry and customer base.
  • A relationship builder who enjoys working directly with customers.
  • A professional who follows through on commitments and takes ownership of their accounts.
  • A team player who works well with Operations, Dispatch, Administration, and field staff.
  • Someone looking to build a long-term career with a growing Alberta company.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive compensation package
  • Company vehicle
  • Extended health and dental benefits
