Full job description

We believe in providing solutions that are safe, reliable and cost-effective for Oil and Gas facilities, well sites and pipelines. Our team is highly experienced and work hard to ensure systems are fully functional, and that projects are on time and on budget. As part of the Finance & Administration Team, you will play an integral role in that success.

Duties

  • Acquire and enter AP invoices into TimberScan Software
  • Verify and match AP invoices to supporting documents
  • Code vendor invoices
  • Manage AP emails, gather reoccurring invoices
  • Answer AP enquires
  • Reconcile AP statements monthly
  • Manage vehicle and fleet documents
  • Create Expense PO’s
  • Answer phones and support administration duties

Qualifications

  • Grade 12 required, post secondary an asset
  • Two year’s or more related experience in Oil and Gas sector (an asset)
  • Ability to navigate Microsoft Office Suite at an intermediate level
  • Ideally some experience with Sage 300 CRE, but will train the right individual
  • Reliability, motivation and a positive attitude
