Client Services: Provide high-level assistance including "Vacation Watch" (interior/exterior inspections of client residences), key-holder services, and secure transport for clients and their families.
Incident Management: Collaborate with Avante Control Centre (ACC) and local law enforcement. Manage emergencies with calm, decisive action.
Professional Representation: Maintain a pristine, corporate appearance at all times, reflecting the prestige of our clientele and Avante Security.

Education: Post-secondary education in police foundations, criminology, or related field would be considered an asset.
Physical Fitness: Ability to perform frequent foot patrols and remain active throughout a 12-hour shift (day/ night).
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. You must be able to communicate effectively with high-profile clients and write detailed, professional reports. Ability to interact with clients in a courteous and professional manner.
