If you are working somewhere its obvious to facesoe difficulties similarly one day i had to deal with the customer who was having issue withthe pizza. He ordered veggie pizza and received a chicken one. So. i as a shift manager called the customer as appolozied for the stores mistake and resend another pizza to the customer and customer was satisfied.

customer was happy and ordered again.
