KM(who is a owner) was dishonest about wages and amount of work hours. You are expected to do split shifts while working in the kitchen, usually 3-4 hours at time. It is very possible to spend 12 hours in the place but only work 5 hours. KM is extremely rude, and demanding -will expect you to work harder then any other kitchen would expect-is extremely cheap and will talk down to you in front of other staff.. In general though the front of house staff are lovely to deal with and the other owner seems like a decent person.
