Arrived, get all the systems ready to start taking calls sharply at 10am, answer any questions employee might have or put him/her on a brief hold to request information and or answers for them. Meet with the Supervisor and other team members to discuss events in regards to the previous day's calls, quality issues and what not's. Take your schedule breaks and lunches as close as possible to the designated times. Set up mail/emails for employees in regards to requests. Meet with other Departments to get updates on any information that might be of urgent concern. Go over emails to see any updates and or urgent messages in regards to employees' benefits, payroll and or pension.
