Field role has changed dramatically in recent years. Training has declined, consequently so has quality of work. Hard push on sales now; Telus is now hiring sales people versus technicians for the same role.
Seniority means nothing, only numbers and favouritism.
Telus seems like a pretty good company, but this role is a high pressure dead end.
