In the middle, had better and worse
Senior Project Manager (Current Employee) – Charleston, SC – 19 February 2016
Not a bad place to be apart of. That being said, your really not with them as in the company. That's good and bad. The good is they pay you very well and stay out of your hair. The bad, your treated like a hired gun, offered highly expensive benefits, and feel like your not even apart of the company. That's good and bad depending on how you look at it. The good thing is the recruiters are great people and really make you feel like they care whether you are happy with where you are as a contractor. They make themselves available when you need them and other than that they stay out of your hair. Pretty much zero room for any kind of advancement through the actual company though.
Good pay, company stays out of your hair
company stays out of your hair, no advancement whatsoever.
