Service Representative III (Current Employee) – Montréal, QC – 26 October 2015
A decent place to work. Great insurance benefits and you start off with three weeks vacations. I find it hard to advance within the company often the positions posted are already filled with somebody that already in the team where the position is vacant.
BMO should work on employee pride within all the departments. Some departments feel they are different and are not valued like the rest of the company i.e: bonus amount, prizes, contests.
If you are looking for somewhere good to work, don't work here.
SENIOR CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (Former Employee) – Windsor, ON – 26 July 2016
I was at BMO for 7 years and thought I would retire from this company, but one day walk in to find out my job was eliminated. benefits are pretty much the best part of this job they expect you to work overtime and not get paid. Some co-workers were good. Management was awful.
