Reviews about Pay & Benefits for Sales Representative at RBC
Stability but your payed poorly
Sales and service representative (Current Employee) – Mississauga, ON – 16 November 2018
RBC has stability, great benefits and pretty good with work life balance. Overall it’s a great company to work for. Sadly, the pay is low. We don’t get raises. Other institutions get payed more... that’s a fact. RBC makes billions yet they pay there staff so poorly. It’s quit sad
Investment Sales Representative (Former Employee) – Mississauga, ON – 6 March 2018
My experience with RBC had its ups and downs. The environment was good to work in, but no advancement unless you put in many many years of hard-work. Only then they might notice you and promote. Not easy to move within the company.
sales (Former Employee) – Toronto, ON – 24 November 2017
work life balance is non-existant. Underpaid for the amount of work. good group of colleagues; not boring do not put employees 1st only if friends with a manager benefits, vacation, some managers and good colleagues and quitting time are best parts of the job.
