Reviews about Pay & Benefits for Replenishment Associate at Walmart
good place to work
Receiver / overnight shelf stocker (Former Employee) – St. John's, NL – 8 February 2019
although i did enjoy the culture and environment and working at wal-mart it was a low paying company/position . if the pay were better i could have stuck with them long term . there was much opportunity to advance and had the pay been better i would have been able to stay with them long enough to move into larger roles and better paying positions. i think they could benefit a lot by offering more to their employees as incentive to stay long term .
fast paced, constant lifting and standing or walking
OVERNIGHT STOCKER (Former Employee) – Edmonton, AB – 4 July 2018
In my years of experience with Walmart the benefits are excellent but the pay is very poor for the amount of work you are needed to do and sometimes leads to stress. Most of the cashiers were playing on their phones and customers were ignored when looking for a clerk for help. It is a good plan to know the store, the products and where they go on the shelf because they have a quota of how many boxes are to be done in an hour per person.
