The company is very micro-managed which means you will be moved from line to line until they figure out what they are doing, makes the day very stressful. Not many opportunities to advance. The wages are not great either, you make a little bit more than minimum wage. You only get about a 40 cent raise per year. There used to be lots of overtime to keep you afloat. Now there is only overtime if another plant needs to catch up on orders. The environment is very negative all the employees are over worked. They do not replace people if they are fired or quit. They make you do jobs above your skill and do not pay you for it. Its a very cold factory. Would not recommend if you want to have a career. Its a good job to start out with to get experience but not good enough to retire from.
