Operations Manager (Current Employee) – Aurora, CO – 23 January 2018
Good place to work for, but it is a extremely stressful environment. Corporate does not set their managers up for success. Their new staffing model needs some work. Individual store needs should determine staffing
Support Manager Operations Division (Current Employee) – Muncie, IN – 8 December 2017
I was promoted 6 times in 5 yrs so it wasn't terrible there is room to move up i just wanted more money. I feel like for being a senior manager they could have paid better than 17.69 an hr and others who were same level of management made way more than i did and im one of the only managers that will do physical work right beside our team.
Benefits and advancement
Inconsistent pay lacking communication and penny pinching
Operations / Admin Manager, Retail (Former Employee) – Uniontown, PA – 3 November 2017
There was very little to no work life balance for this job nor the pay commensurate to the time you would put in. The only job I felt that I was an after thought. I had no input and was expected to be a robot.
Great place to learn Retail, Work flow, Merchandising, How to manage a team, fast paced, constant moving
No loyalty, pay was below par, benefits were costly and covered even less, Human Resources was noon existant.
