Terrible Pay, Terrible management, your just a number

when hired I was promised a pay increase after I excelled in the position. was never given my raise and was told to just sell more product to increase my pay. even tho countless customers have called or emailed in to express how happy they were with my service. you learn how to do more then what you are hired for and then not compensated for it. you get the feeling that you have three different bosses when in fact you only have one. your day to day is planed by a dispatcher who will likely quit with in 4 to 6 months. constant star changing!! you have to constantly keep track of your commissions as you will have to call in and chase the ones your not paid for every week. its like they hope you don't notice and will forget or not bother because its a hassle. you get thrown right under the bus if someone complains, your manager will not take the time to call you and ask what happened. you will be blamed for any little thing the customer complains about then are expected to make it right then the manager takes all the credit for it as if you did nothing. i could go on for days!! Also job posting advertises well over half of what you will actually be paid.
