This company would rather invest money into its mill than its employees. They have multimillion dollar projects every year, but can't give raises because they say employers are maxed out on the pay scale. Night shift manager has little man syndrome and is very unprofessional.
Bonus program. Safety dinners.
Safety program is a joke. They preach it, but managers surely don't practice it. Work on SUNDAYS.
