Front Office Coordinator (Former Employee) – Antondragtenweg 52 54 – 17 February 2018
A typical day at work as a front desk agent: I get to work with people, Interacting and give great service to guests that are enjoying their stay at the hotel.
I have learned a lot, because the management is training and pushing us to be great front desk agents. Everyday I learn something new and knowledgeable. Makes me very confident in interacting and give service to guests.
Management is always there for the employees to succeed in their job, and is always there to listen and give advice. They would do anything to make you feel comfortable and enjoy staying at the hotel.
The work place culture is very diverse and it is like a great family together, because there is unity is in the workplace which makes it a great environment to work.
The hardest part of the job the pressure from management when you have given your utmost best at work trying not to fail at the job, but when you have made one little mistake, they keep pressuring with stress as if we made a mistake on purpose. We are human being but they want us to work perfectly as robots.
The most enjoyable part of the job is being working with colleagues that are fun and interacting, but most importantly are hardworking and fair at work. Lastly, when management recognize your hard work.
