Losing work and closing up
Electrical Engineer I (Former Employee) – Reading, PA – 12 February 2018
WorleyParsons was poorly run by Upper Management during my time working there. They were afraid to take risks on jobs, were losing work by refusing to shift from EPCM to EPC stlye work, cut back on training for young engineers and went through cycles of layoffs about every 6-9 months.
I don't see the power arm of WorleyParsons lasting much longer. While there pay and benefits were above average, I would not recommend working there given their current status. Look elsewhere.
Good PTO and Compensation
Slow growth, poor upper management
