Good job-fair pay but location was closed
Customer Service Representative/Call Center (Former Employee) – Moberly, MO – 11 January 2019
This was a good job. I worked in the call center and took book orders and payments over the phone. Helped resolve issues with orders and delivery of orders. I learned that if i could remain calm with irate customers they usually were easier to help and talk to. Most of the management were there to help. The workplace was good for the most part-most people were helpful and nice. The hardest part of the job was taking a call from an irate customer, them wanting to speak to a supervisor and the supervisor not being available or not wanting to take the call. The most enjoyable part of the job was meeting new people and becoming friends with them. The worst part was when this location was closed and we all were laid off or offered to transfer to another location that was more than an hour away.
