Reviews about Pay & Benefits for Customer Service Representative at FedEx
Customer Service Agent (Former Employee) – Dorval, QC – 13 October 2016
Working for a multinational corporation with a very high employee turnaround, it is hard to feel valued. There is very little in the way of one on one training and support, a very sink or swim environment.
Customer Service Representative (CSR) (Current Employee) – Mississauga, ON – 28 January 2015
The company provides a good work environment, full paid training, full benefits. The hardest part of the job is working with customers who have issues with packages being delayed and are not satisfied with the service so you may run into issues with that and the schedule change from time to time can make it difficult if you have a family. Otherwise a good company to work for and coworkers are very friendly.
