Working for Service Canada is definitely challenging because you deal with people from different cultures, which you have to adapt yourself in order to continue to be successful. What bothered me the most about the job was the fact that there are always subject changes that the company reveals on short notice (very frequently). This has enabled a lot of agents to leave the company because of the way they operate as it pertains to operational management. The salary is what provokes a lot of employees to stay in this environment, however this is sometimes very stressful.
