Reviews about Pay & Benefits for Call Center Representative at BMO Financial Group
heavily customer service focused
Customer Contact Agent (Current Employee) – Toronto, ON – 4 September 2017
great place to work. salary not enough due to the heavy workload and stress that is endured. seems like there are opportunities to advance within the bank, however most opportunities are within the call center.
Call Centre Agent (Current Employee) – Montréal, QC – 4 May 2013
Learning about money management is essential in life and that is what BMO taught me. Culturally Diversified co-workers. Absolute fantastic benefits that are offered to you on your very first day. No need to wait 2 years for dental and medical insurance. Best benefit is the Employee Shares Plan where you get 0.50$ for every dollar you invest up to 6% of your pay. Makes saving so much faster and easier. Excellent training and multiple advancement options. Definitely recommend for students.
Money Management learning and experience
Too much micro-management concentrated on sales instead of employee needs.
