Call centers are stressful. That's literally always the case. A call center is one of the most stressful jobs that exist. Sykes tries to make up for it with benefits, working with your schedule, events, discounts, and great teams. And for the most part, it's great. Everything surrounding the job is fantastic. No customer service representative is ever paid enough at any company. The pay is very competitive, but I don't think anyone gets paid enough to deal with angry customers.
