Full job description
Job Title: Manufacturing Team member
Duties:
- Operate production machinery and equipment
- Package finished products according to company standards
- Perform quality control checks to ensure products meet specifications
- Follow safety protocols and maintain an organized work area
- Assist with inventory management and shipping/receiving
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
Skills:
- Mechanical knowledge, and strong attention to details would be an asset
- Experience in the manufacturing industry is preferred
- Ability to operate a forklift is a plus
- Ability to rig using chains and eye bolts would be a plus
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment as well as independent
- Ability to take a lead
