Within Sight Psychotherapy is a growing group practice in Georgetown, Ontario offering a modern twist to therapy. We’re not the kinds of therapists who just talk. We’re right in there with clients: providing tools, actionable steps, and building insight one session at a time. All You Have To Do Is:

• Provide in-person and virtual services to teens, adults, and couples (families optional)
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation in client files
• Communicate with clients and the team as needed
• Be you!

What We Require:

• Registration: Good-standing registration with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) as Registered Psychotherapist (RP) or MSW with OCSWSSW.
• Education: Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology, Clinical Psychology, or Social Work.
• Availability: Must be available in the evenings and weekends.
• Liability Insurance: Maintain up-to-date liability insurance in accordance with college standards.
• Experience: Experience in providing therapy services with teens, adults, and couples. Training in couples therapy is required. Experience with anxiety, OCD, and perfectionism is an asset.
• Basic Tech Skills: Comfortable using or learning platforms such as Google Workspace and Jane App.
