We are a fast-growing direct marketing agency in the North York area and an authorized Rogers representative, currently expanding our Sales team. We’re looking for driven, self-assured, and customer-oriented professionals ready to represent cutting-edge telecom solutions in their local communities.

As a Customer Sales Representative, you’ll serve as the frontline ambassador for industry-leading technology, introducing residential customers to essential home internet, cable, and wireless services. The Customer Sales Representative is a results-focused role where your performance directly influences your earnings and advancement. Your ability to build strong relationships and deliver value-driven solutions will determine your success.

Customer Sales Representative Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver in-person sales presentations to residential customers, highlighting Rogers’ internet, cable, and wireless offerings as a Customer Sales Representative.
  • Initiate conversations, establish credibility, and foster trust through transparent and consultative communication.
  • Assess individual customer needs and recommend tailored solutions that align with their usage and budget.
  • Confidently negotiate and close sales while maintaining professionalism and integrity as a Customer Sales Representative.
  • Stay current on Rogers promotions, service enhancements, and competitive positioning.
  • Accurately track leads, customer interactions, and completed transactions for reporting and follow-up.
  • Collaborate with team members to exchange insights, refine outreach strategies, and achieve shared performance goals.
  • Participate in daily meetings, coaching sessions, and ongoing training to continuously sharpen your sales skills.

Customer Sales Representative Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • The ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced setting
  • Self-motivated with the ability to meet and exceed performance goals
  • Prior sales or customer-facing experience is advantageous but not required.
  • Comfortable engaging with customers in a sales-focused environment
  • Organized, punctual, and dependable.
  • Capable of working independently while contributing effectively to a team setting.
