Contracts Manager - Guide Rail & Barrier Wall projects

Description:

· Manage contracts for highway safety infrastructure projects including guide rail installation and concrete barrier wall systems.

· Review tender documents to ensure compliance with contract requirements and safety standards

· Monitor project costs, change orders, and variations to main profitability and contract compliance

· Resolve contract issues, scope changes, and disputes throughout project

· Maintain detailed project documentation including contracts, progress reports, and cost tracking, and client communications

Qualifications:

· Experience: 2-5 years experience with construction contracts

· Education: A University degree in business administration, commerce, or economics required.

· License: A valid G driver’s license is preferred

· Technical Skills: Contract drafting and negotiation, claims and dispute management, cost control and budgeting and project coordination

Pay: $70,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
