Job Overview
We are a growing construction/architectural signage company seeking a detail-oriented Office Administrator to support our Co-Ordinator’s.
*** The ideal candidates will live locally. No need to apply otherwise ***
Key Responsibilities
- Manage project calendars, including site visits, installation and project closing dates
- Coordinate inspection scheduling and communicate with relevant parties to confirm appointment and updates
- Organize and maintain digital and physical project folders, ensuring accurate filing and document control
- Maintain accurate records, perform document reviews and ensure information is complete, accurate, organized and readily accessible
- Work closely and effictively within the team to support efficient daily operations and customer satisfaction
Qualifications
- Previous experience in an administrative role (within the sign industry would be ideal)
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Strong Microsoft skills (Highly efficient in Excel)
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Professional and effective email and communications skills
