Job title: Supervisor
As the foodservice branch of Micco Group, The Chickenburger Restaurant, and Chicken Little Café and Dairy Bar create unforgettable experiences with their strong brand and local nostalgia. As a Team Leader, you are a critical piece of our management team, ensuring smooth operation of the business during shifts, working closely with other colleagues and the Restaurant Manager.

Day in the Life
- Structuring, deploying and engaging your team to ensure all duties are completed efficiently each shift.
- Managing, balancing, and taking overall responsibility for cash management during your shift.
- Managing appropriate inventory levels during your shift in varying stations.
- Having a high level of awareness to identify shifting business needs, ensuring that your team is motivated and efficient.
- Training, coaching and developing your team, keeping them growing and motivated.
- Having the drive and ability to work in a fast-paced, high energy environment
- Maintain a high standard for health and sanitation compliance
Qualifications and Skills
Qualifications include:
- Previous manager or supervisor experience is considered an asset
- High school diploma or equivalent
Skills include:
- Proven experience in managing people within hospitality preferred
- Keen leadership skills
- Decisive and critical thinker in a fast-paced environment
- Problem solver
- Exceptional organizational, communication and customer service skills
- Ability to provide constructive feedback in a respectful manner
Working Environment
Position works in a quick-service restaurant environment interacting with the public. Physical requirements include lifting and standing for prolonged periods of time. Due to the nature of our business, you are required to work days, evenings, and holidays.

This position has direct reports which include various restaurant employees.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00-$17.85 per hour
