Store Manager (Bay & Dundas)

Responsibilities：

• Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring, and providing feedback to sales staff
• Overseeing inventory, ensuring that the inventory is replenished in a timely manner, and effectively managing products nearing their expiration dates
• Creating protocols to protect the store, including theft management
• Adhering to health and safety protocols and policies
• Constructing a schedule for employees and manage their time off, sick leave, and time tracking
• Developing holiday promotions to drive traffic to the store
• Maintain the store's cleanliness and ensure that merchandise is displayed in an orderly manner
• Provide Sales representatives with specialized training to ensure they meet professional requirements for product knowledge, sales abilities, and service attitude
• Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service
• Maintain strong customer relationships and pursue opportunities for business expansion
• Responding to customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner
• Be a shining example of well behavior and high performance
• Additional store manager duties as needed

Requirements and skills

• A minimum of 3 years experience working in a retail environment, ideally in a managerial role
• Customer management skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Outstanding ability to sell, has keen awareness of service, and approachable demeanour
• Experience in leading teams to achieve goals, such as sales and training goalsLove the beauty industry and are familiar with Japanese and Korean fashion products
• BS degree in Business Administration or relevant field - preferred
• Proficiency in Mandarin is required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
