Position Overview:

As a Security Sales Representative, your primary focus will be hunting for and securing new business while mastering the Nordic selling system. You’ll play an integral part in our sales team, building relationships, and driving results through a proactive, goal-driven approach. Key growth markets include Education, Financial Institutions and light rail transit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive new business by connecting with potential clients and securing appointments through effective cold calling and relationship-building.
  • Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills to manage projects and sales processes efficiently.
  • Utilize proven techniques to book appointments and convert leads into long-term partnerships.
  • Engage in ongoing learning and development through a structured training program to hone your skills in our unique sales process.

What We Offer You:

Ongoing Support & Training:

  • In-depth training on Security (Alarm, Access Control, and Camera Systems) to ensure you have the expertise needed to succeed.
  • A structured training matrix to guide you through every step of the sales process — from initial appointments to assessments, pricing, proposals, and more. Expect to feel fully supported as you grow in this role over a 4-6 month period.
  • Your manager will be there for hands-on coaching and ride-along support until you feel confident to operate independently.

Pay: $70,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
