We have just been named one of Automotive News Canada's 2024 Best Dealerships to Work For AND we're adding to our team!
We are in a new state-of-the-art facility and have an immediate opening for a Sales Consultant that can deliver amazing experiences to our customers. We're known as the Dealer that makes car shopping fun, so if you have a keen interest in delivering a fun car buying experience and communicating with our customers in non-traditional means, we have a place waiting for you!
Reporting to the New and Used Vehicle Sales Managers, the Sales Consultant will focus on facilitating customer showroom experiences including product demonstration, test drives, negotiating, vehicle deliveries and post purchase follow up. The successful candidate will work well within a fast-paced environment, thrive in a team environment and possess video communications skills or a strong willingness to learn them.
The ideal candidate will have:
· Strong communication skills
· Computer skills
· Strong Social Media skills and a willingness to be on camera
· Outgoing personality with the ability to provide a great customer experience
· The ability to establish and maintain customer relationships
· The ability to read and interpret a client’s needs/situation
· Strong time management skills
· Strong listening and interpersonal skills, be motivated and driven to succeed
· Good understanding of the sales process
· The ability to work independently while remaining part of a sales team
· A positive attitude
· A High school diploma and a valid driver’s license.
· The ability to able to build and foster a network of referrals to continue to grow your opportunities

WE REQUIRE
· a minimum of 3 years previous dealership product specialist or sales experience
· a valid OMVIC license and valid Ontario driver's license
· energy and enthusiasm
· an excellent communicator that possesses basic computer skills
· a desire to succeed
