As an RFIC Engineer, you will:
- Develop cutting-edge, innovative RF and mmWave circuitry for products targeted at next-generation wireless networks
- Utilize proprietary design flow coupled with industry standard EDA tools to take circuit design to the next level
- Work through all phases of development, from concept to design to layout to lab testing to customer deployments
You may be a good fit if you have:
- Strong background in RF and mmWave circuit design, including but not limited to amplifiers, mixers, filters, and oscillators
- Strong background in Electromagnetic theory
- Expertise with EM modelling of inductors, transformers, transmission lines, and other passive structures using CAD tools like ADS and HFSS
- Expertise with circuit design CAD tools like Cadence Virtuoso and Synopsys Custom Compiler
- Expertise with various IC design processes, like CMOS, SOI, GaN, GaAs, and SiGe
- Expertise with lab testing of RF and mmWave designs
- Strong Python coding skills
- The desire to work with a talented, passionate, and experienced team
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
