Full job description

The Store Manager is the brand advocate for Joydrop. The Store Manager's primary responsibility is for inspiring and motivating the team to create an exceptional customer experience while driving sales and operating the store profitably.

The Store Manager's role is integral in recognizing and advocating for continuous process improvements, collaborating on store operations, and partnering with cross-functional teams (buyers and merchandisers) toward creating an exceptional experience that delights and consistently exceeds expectations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience and empower your team to do the same
  • Engage with the community and provide brand awareness
  • Coach and develop your team by setting expectations, keeping open lines of communication, coaching continually, and providing constructive feedback and support
  • Foster a customer-centric culture and ensure the desired brand experience is being fostered in-store through customer interactions
  • Execute store operations and processes consistently, seeking process improvements
  • Develop and maintain a positive work environment for staff and maximize employee engagement
  • Create an inspiring shopping environment through effective merchandising capability and high in-store standards
  • Drive key performance indicators (service, sales, and employee satisfaction)
  • Complete projects as assigned

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including nights, weekends, and statutory holidays
  • Ability to lift and carry 30lbs

Salary: From $18.00 per hour
