Retail Sales Associate

We are seeking a dynamic Retail Sales Associate with ARCHERY knowledge to join our team immediately. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales in a retail environment.

Duties
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Demonstrate product features and benefits through effective product demos
- Utilize sales techniques to upsell products and maximize revenue
- Communicate effectively to build rapport with customers and close sales
- Process transactions accurately, including cash handling and operating POS systems
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Assist in inventory management and restocking shelves

-Check and manage security protocols

Must have a valid P.A.L. to apply for this position.

Required Skills:

- Knowledge of Archery, Archery accessories & Archery repairs
- Proficiency in retail sales principles and practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with cash handling and POS systems.

Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Hunting, fishing and a love of nature will be considered an asset.
- Organizational skills.

Remuneration will be $17.40 to start or more based on experience. At least 1 year of Retail experience is necessary.

• 8 hour shift

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
