At LEF, we value the professional work of Educators and their capacity to find wonder each day, in partnership with children. We seek creative solutions to ensure there is equity for those who have not always received it.

"What empowers me is that I am constantly evolving as an educator. I am learning and growing along with the children, my colleagues, the families, and community. Knowing we each rely on one another for support benefits us all, especially the children. I am part of a wider community outside of the classroom."
