Regional Account Sales (Residential Windows & Doors, Railing, Showers)
- Salary: $56,000-$75,000 plus monthly vehicle allowance (pending applicant)
- Company fuel card
- RRSP match program after 6 months

- Daytime Hours (most evenings and weekends off)
Who we are: With four locations, Kruse Glass & Aluminum services Saskatchewan & Alberta with glass & construction solutions in three divisions. Auto, Residential & Commercial Construction. This posted available position is for a sales pro that can boost our Residential Product sales. (windows, doors, showers and railing)
Job Summary: Do you really, really, really know building construction? We need an experienced account-based salesperson to boost sales in our Residential Division. (PVC windows, doors, handrails & glass showers)
Successful candidates know construction very well and have the ability to measure projects and buildings accurately while communicating well with contractors, builders, developers and re-sellers alike.
Candidate Responsibilities & Preferences
- MUST be an honest person (Eg: only apply if you have the "MUST" items listed below)
- MUST be punctual (arrive on time)
- MUST be reliable (come to work every day)
- MUST build positive relationships with coworkers and customers
- MUST have genuine knowledge of Canadian construction practices
- MUST be experienced as a regional/territory salesperson in a relatable field
- MUST have reliable transportation for all Canadian weather
- MUST have a current & clean Alberta or Saskatchewan drivers license
- MUST be able & willing to accurately measure jobsites in a residential landscape
- MUST be able to climb stairs and ladders
- MUST be able to lift 50lbs
- MUST be able to organize & strategize proper sales tactics within a designated sales region based on the market, product and geography efficiently
- MUST be able to use Google Suite (Gmail, Spreadsheets, Docs, Calendar. etc..)
- MUST be accessible via cell phone after hours
- MUST be willing to report to management and the company's owners
- MUST be able to work tradeshows a few times per year
- MUST collaborate with staff in a positive fashion
- MUST always maintain a "customers first" mindset
- MUST have the ability to negotiate with diverse clientele effectively
- MUST demonstrate knowledge of effective sales techniques, dialogue, and market & product knowledge
- MUST be able to set goals and achieve targets
