Regional Account Sales (Residential Windows & Doors)

Salary: $36,000-$75,000 (pending applicant)

Who we are: With multiple locations, Kruse Glass & Aluminum services both Saskatchewan & Alberta provinces to provide glass & construction solutions in the auto, residential & commercial construction space. We require an experienced sales professional to boost our Residential Product Line sales. This includes windows, doors, showers and railing.

Job Summary: Do you really know building construction? We are searching for an experienced account-based salesperson to boost sales in the residential construction segment. The focus will be to amplify sales of our custom PVC windows, doors, handrails & glass shower product lines. Our successful candidates can demonstrate the ability to measure building projects accurately, communicate with contractors, develop new relationships with project developers, and have the ability to expand our network of product re-distributors also.

The Kruse Glass & Aluminum team has an amazing culture and is a great place to work. As a positive group at large, our coworkers happily work together while they service a broad variety of clientele. (Eg: project developers, home builders, wholesale & retail distributors, home owners and product end users) It's 100% paramount that account sales managers have ability to genuinely understand construction practices, organize & strategize a sales region independently & effectively sell in very diverse group of markets.

Responsibilities & Preferences

  • MUST have a current Alberta or Saskatchewan drivers license
  • accurately measure jobsites, buildings & structures in a residential landscape
  • MUST be able to climb stairs and ladders
  • MUST be able to lift 50lbs
  • estimate custom-built windows, doors, glass showers and railing.
  • organize & strategize proper sales tactics within a designated sales region based upon market, product and geography efficiently
  • MUST be able to use Google Suite (Gmail, Spreadsheets, Docs, Calendar. etc..)
  • MUST be accessible via cell phone after hours
  • report to management and work on new developments with the sales/marketing team
  • willingness to work tradeshows a few times per year
  • MUST collaborate with staff in a positive fashion
  • MUST always maintain a "customers first" mindset
  • MUST have the ability to negotiate with diverse clientele effectively
