The Bempro Group of companies has stood for manufacturing, quality, and engineering excellence for over 40 years. Bempro’s main operating arms specialize in precision sheet metal fabrication, mission critical cooling solutions, and physical IT infrastructure. Industries we serve include telecommunications, medical, nuclear, transportation and military. We are looking to build on our tradition of innovation and growth with the addition of a strong, driven individual to lead our Quality Assurance Department.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Communicate directly with executive, management team and staff to ensure the alignment of the Quality Management System with Corporate objectives, and ISO 9001:2015 standards.
- Provide strategic stewardship, drive for results through clear focus on the bottom-line, high commitment and ownership of success.
- Manage the performance and development of the department resources through training, informal feedback and individual performance.
- Support the organization to achieve performance targets for quality, product realization and customer satisfaction.
- Identify critical control points, preventative and predictive measures to further the organization’s Quality Assurance fulfillment.
- Audit and review compliance and effectiveness of the Quality and Business Management Systems.
- Analyze deviation from targets and ensure root causes are properly identified and solved, involving all key stakeholders in the process.
- Ensure communication with internal and external parties is conducted in a timely, professional manner.
- Provide monthly/quarterly KPI, NCR and Service Level feedback to management.
- Manage supplier and customer quality audits.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Management experience in an ISO 9001:2015 manufacturing/production environment - metal fabrication, painting, welding, CNC machining, HVAC, electrical integration.
- Post-secondary education in Mechanical Engineering, or similar.
- Proficient in customer-relations (Customer orientation, earning customer confidence and measuring progress toward meeting all Service Level Agreements).
- You are a thought leader, someone who takes the time to understand the business, drive innovation and shape future strategy.
- Demonstrates team leadership and personal effectiveness through communication, employee recognition and developing others all while inspiring integrity, ethics and trust.
- Strong understanding of metrology, including current techniques and systems; GD&T and its applications in computerized inspection by both contact and non-contact.
- Experience with CMM and Faro Arm, including analysis of reporting.
- Strong lean manufacturing knowledge including elements of 5S and Kaizen.
